Workforce

Through close relationships with professional networks and Danish universities Unisensor has succeeded in attracting a very skilled and talented workforce.

Most of the employees in Unisensor hold either a Ph.D. or a Master's/Bachelor's degree in electronics, software modelling, mathematics, optics design, micro and nano engineering or other relevant disciplines.

We have organised work within the following areas:

Device Development	We continously develop new products within our own product range. We also develop customised products based on our technologies. Our development activities include electronics, mechanics, optics, software, mathematics and the combination between these technologies.
Production	We produce the products we have developed in our own production facilities.
Quality Management	We develop and produce our products according to our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System.
Administration	Our administration covers all kinds of personnel and financial services.

We run development projects according to the project model described in our Project Handbook. Project management is carried out by one of our experienced project managers, capable of controlling the complex environments of a large number of technologies, the design transfer to production and the important collaboration with our customers.
