The basis for many life science devices is to quantify or monitor a given parameter - e.g. by counting the number of bacteria, or analysing the motion paths of cells in a sample volume. This task is traditionally solved using microscopic analysis requiring comprehensive manual handling and costly equipment.
Unisensor has developed a number of optical sensors that are capable of analysing cells and particles in a very fast and cost efficient way. We have integrated the sensors in our generic analysers and have developed an advanced PC based user interface. The analysis process may therefore be automated, potentially saving vast amounts of time and money.
